Start of the Experience
04:00 AM. We ´ll pick you up at your hotel in Cusco’s historic center. From there, the first part of our transfer service begins, taking you to the train station to Ollantaytambo in a van.
Please note that, as this is a shared transfer, the pick-up time may vary by up to 15 minutes.
By Tourist Train Journey
06:10 AM. Your journey to Aguas Calientes begins aboard tourist trains designed for enjoying the Andean landscape in complete comfort.
Journey to the Wonder
08:00 AM Upon arrival in Aguas calientes town, our team will greet you and, together with your guide, you will go to the bus station. You will also have free time for breakfast.
Bus Ride to the Citadel
09:00 AM In an approximately 30-minute by bus, you will ascend the mountains to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Your Guide will provide you with the necessary information for your arrival at the citadel.
Exploring Machu Picchu
10:00 AM The most anticipated tour begins: two and a half hours discovering the grandeur of the citadel. Be amazed by the stories and tales your Guide will reveal as you explore the enigmatic structures that still hold the spirit of the Incas.
Descent to Machu Picchu Pueblo
At the end of the visit, you will have two options for descending: a one-hour walk or taking the bus back to the village (By bus $12, 30 minutes), where you can relax or enjoy some free time before boarding the train back to Ollantaytambo.
Return by Tourist Train
You will board the tourist train, which will offer unforgettable views of the Sacred Valley during the journey to Ollantaytambo. Upon disembarking in Ollantaytambo, our staff will assist you in boarding the bus back to Cusco (arrival in Cusco near the main square), this concluding a day full of memorable moments.
You have 3 return train schedule options:
Option A – 2:30 pm Aguas Calientes (Train) → 4:10 pm Ollantaytambo (Van) → 6:30 pm Cusco
Option B – 7:00 pm Aguas Calientes (Train) → 8:45 pm Ollantaytambo (Van) → 10:50 pm Cusco
Option C – 4:15 PM Aguas Calientes (Train) → 6:10 PM Ollantaytambo (Van) → 8:20 PM Cusco.
(Option C has an additional cost of $25)

How to book?

First, to check the availability of the spaces (tickets) of Machupicchu, contact us at the WhatsApp number +51 984 325 476 Then, we will send you a payment request from our available channel: PayPal, Credit / debit cards. * Commissions apply.
Finally, once payment is received, we will contact you to coordinate the details of your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel your tour, the deposit will not be refunded. However, any tickets already purchased (such as the Machu Picchu entrance) can still be used by you on the original date for which they were issued, as tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
Machupicchu tickets  is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Remaining Balance Payment:
If you only paid the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the tour starts.

Is there a discount for university students?

Yes, you must carry the original authorized University card with a valid date, the discount is 20 USD.
Minors: automatic discount with ID or passport (03 to 17 years old) the discount is 20 USD

I cannot find my accommodation listed in the operator pick up locations when making my booking. What should I select?

This operator only offers pick-ups from the hotel and hostel accommodation listed, this covers over 90% of the accommodation providers in the area. They do not provide pick-ups or drop-offs at private residences, Airbnb, bus terminals etc. Select an alternative close by and be ready there for pick-up at the time on your booking confirmation.

How do I avoid altitude sickness?

Take Soroche (Diamox) pills, eat small meals, drink coca tea, drink lots of water, and avoid alcohol (it’s a dehydrator). The best way to avoid altitude sickness is to acclimatize yourself. The recommended approach for acclimatization is to ascend gradually, spending at least 24 hours at Your hotel.

Is the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu worth it?

The walk up to Machu Picchu can be seen as part of the experience. However, the bus is an option for those who are tired.
Bus levaes every 15min from Aguas Calientes town to Machupicchu ($12 one way / takes 30min).
