This is a tour begin from Cusco. Early in the morning, we’ll have the opportunity to travel by train from Cusco and enjoy beautiful scenic views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. After a journey of more than 4 hours and 10 minutes. through the Sacred Valley, we’ll arrive in the town of Aguas Calientes and then board a bus to Machu Picchu. There we’ll have a guided tour to visit the most important sites of Machu Picchu, such as the Guardhouse, the Main Plaza, the Temple of the Three Windows, the Inca Palace, the Temple of the Sun, the Temple of the Condor, and the Temple of Pachamama. After our visit, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes where you can have lunch, before taking the train back to Cusco.

MACHU PICCHU TOUR ITINERARY

1-DAY MACHU PICCHU TOUR (CUSCO – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO)

The tour begins in Cusco, taking the train from Cusco to Aguas Calientes (the town of Aguas Calientes) to Machu Picchu.
06:00 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and take you to the train station (10 minutes from Plaza Cusco). There we will board the train for our journey to Aguas Calientes (2200 meters above sea level), This trip takes approximately 4 hours and 10 minutes.
10:55 am Arrival at Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town) train station. Our Guide will be waiting for you with a sign your name. then You´ll move to the bus station (5min)
11:00 am Bus ride up a winding road for 30 minutes to reach the incredible wonder of the world, Machu Picchu, known as “El Dorado.”
12:00 pm Arrival at the citadel of Machu Picchu. You will pass through the checkpoint where you´ll present your passport. From here, the tour of Machu Picchu will begin, visiting the main sites of the city, such as the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows, and the cemeteries. Accompanied by a certified guide, our guide will take the most coveted photos for your memories.
Afterward, we´ll descent to Aguas Calientes by bus, a 30-minute ride.
5:20 pm In the afternoon, you´ll board the train back to Cusco (please arrive at the station 30 minutes before your train’s departure on time)
The return journey will follow the same route as the outbound trip.
