Simple itinerary

04:30 — 05:00am	hotel/ hostels pickups for transport to humantay lake
05:00 — 05:10am	departure from Cusco city takes approximately 2.5hrs to get to mollepata town
07:00 — 07:30am	arrival and breakfast at mollepata town (tourist restaurant)
07:30 — 08:30am	transport to the starting point of the trek / check point SORAYPAMPA (3900m)
08:30 — 10:00am	start the uphill trek from Soraypamapa to LAGOON (03 km up)
10:30 — 11:30hrs	arrival to the lake. Spend some time at the top of the mountain taking in the view of the beautiful surrounding scenery. (4300m)
11:30 — 13:00hrs	Return to the starting point where transportation awaits us (03km down)
13:00 — 14:00hrs	go to a restaurant for buffet lunch before hitting the road back to Cusco.
14:00 — 15:00hrs	takes about 3.5hrs to get back to cusco
18:00 — 18:30hrs	Drop off regocijo square

– The tour end and pick-up time delays depending, traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.

– Wait in the hotel/hostel lobby until pick-up (the guide will contact you directly by whatsApp or ring the hotel doorbell)

Step 4: Secure Payment, Pay safely using any debit or credit card. A 5% processing fee applies for online payments.
Step 5: Confirmation & Details, Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your payment receipt and tour confirmation. A follow-up email will include detailed instructions and personalized information to prepare you for your trip.
Booking Deadline: You can book online until 18:00 hrs. the day before the tour.

Yes, riding horses are available for rent at the checkpoint near Rainbow Mountain. If you decide to rent one, your tour guide will assist you in coordinating the rental directly with the local horse handlers for a smooth and safe experience.
